Nathan Waters
OWNER - OPERATOR

I entered the trades in high school working for my dad's construction company, primarily restoring and renovating older classic homes. Upon graduation we continued the family business framing custom homes as well as complete remodels and additions from start to finish. My career focused on leading framing crews, reading blueprints and working with tradesman, engineers and architects during the building phases of custom homes, additions and renovations.
After becoming well versed on west coast conventional framing and establishing a foundation as a finish carpenter, I built in Hurricane Alley near Cape Hatteras. Then learned concrete, block, and steel construction in the high wind velocity zone of Palm Beach, Florida. Before returning home I sharpened my skillset as a a finish carpenter installing elaborate trim work and doors in homes on the barrier islands of SE Florida. Along my path to becoming a general contractor and home inspector, I had the opportunity to supervise commercial projects and become an indoor air quality consultant while studying building sciences. These are some of the tools that have helped me become a very knowledgeable builder and home renovator.
